The bed were decent, breakfastwwas ok, staff were nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Restroom big and spacious. The shower area was super nice.

We booked for 3 nights and tried to extend an extra night to check out at 3 am since we had an early flight, but we were told they were all booked.

The room was not ready. We booked a room for three people, but there were not enough towels. The room was not clean enough, and there were cigarette burn marks on the sofas. The quality of the products used at breakfast was very poor. There was no parking. I would never stay here again.

Great staff, especially Mr. Serdar at the reception who made everything to make my stay very comfortable. They upgraded my room without even me asking, Everything was wonderful. There was even a jacuzzi inside the room.

The hotel is too old, the breakfast was horrible only boiled egg you can eat, internet poor, the air condition in rooms doesnt work 3 days that we stayed there was a central problem they said.

Room was clean and well managed. The service cleaned the room every day. The location is far from the center but in a quiet place and not far from the transport interchange. The staff is responsive and friendly.

Only few inconvenience, water in the taps is coming by "pushes" like problem with the pumps. All sounds from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly. And the quality of the breakfast is very poor for the price.

Room was nice a spacious.Great location.Helpful staff.

Bathroom had a slight oder at times.WiFi was very slow at times.

I didn’t like anything about the property.

The bed was making noise every time you change position, the heating and cooling system is not working, all the build is control by one system. It was warm inside the room and when I open the window there so much noise of birds and cars that it was hard to sleep and I was using earplugs. Boring and same breakfast everyday with not much different variety and the vegetables were not fresh at all during my stay.

The staff is perfect, eager to help no matter what time it is, the rooms are perfect, huge rooms containing everything you may need, actually it is a solo house with bedroom and semi separate sitting room, the location is perfect.

I serendipitously have found a little gem! ?The location is excellently suitable for my purposes. Close to the public transport and amenities, lively, but quiet ?

I have booked deluxe room with bathtub, but it broken and we couldn’t use they couldn’t fix it.Basic breakfast with limited choice. The hotel is located on the hill walking to the hotel maybe tiring for some.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel where the friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with a free of charge upgrade to a superior room, which was spacious and beautifully designed. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and inviting atmosphere!

The only thing missing is that the hotel rooms don't have any balcony, but windows are big and can open.
